Error: "This app may not work as expected"

Shopify may tell you that the NeatoPOD app may not work as expected, but don't worry - the app is working just fine.

If you're curious, the reason is a bit technical. Basically what happened is that Shopify API changed from REST architectural style to GraphQL query language. The old way (REST) continues to work.

Error: All items are Out of Stock or Sold Out (No Inventory Available)

You need to create a shipping profile on Shopify. Here's the instructions: Add a Shipping Profile.

Error: Shipping not available

This error usually happens if you have created a shipping profile for USA customers but not for international customers. When an international customer (say, someone from Canada) tries to buy, they get that "Shipping not available" error.

International shipping is a bit more complicated, so we recommend that you focus on USA market (at least in the beginning). After you get the hang of running your e-commerce site, then you can expand to international markets.

Error: Fulfillment request is denied

This happens if you don't have enough funds in your NeatoPOD balance. Please reload the credit and try again.

Error: Order Not Exported to NeatoPOD after clicking "Request Fulfillment"

Error: Unable to create product for item ...

This happens if there are too many color variants. Please reduce the color selections to 8 or fewer and try again.
