Changing or Canceling an Order

If you've placed the order but realized that you've chosen the wrong color or size, or that the shipping address is wrong, you can change/edit the order before the order goes to print.

Click "Order History" in your NeatoPOD dashboard's sidebar. Orders with the status "Order Received" have an "Edit" link on the right-hand side.

You can edit the mailing address, item quantity, size, and color, as well as the shipping method. You can also cancel the order (the credit will be added to your account balance).

Orders that are "In Progress" status cannot be edited or canceled in your dashboard. Please contact us - we'd be happy to help!
