Tracking Says It's Delivered, But Package Isn't Received
This is rare, but it does happen from time to time.
Sometimes, the package was taken in by a member of the household who put it away but forgot to tell your customer. In some cases, the postal worker left the package around the house (like behind a bush) or with a neighbor. Or they accidentally delivered it to the wrong address.
In some cases, the postal worker pressed the wrong button during while scanning the package at the post office. In this case, the package is usually delivered a few days later.
The first step is for your customer to ask their local postal worker, or go to the local post office.
The postal service is usually very reliable, but things can get lost in the mail.
If your customer's package goes missing from their doorstep, it could be a case of mail theft. This is a serious crime that needs to be reported to the US Postal Inspection Service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and do not provide refunds or free reprints.
