Upgrading an Order to the Expedited Print Queue

If you've placed the order (or imported the order from Shopify) and want to change the shipping method or to upgrade the order to the Expedited Print Queue, please follow the instructions below:

Click "Order History" in your NeatoPOD dashboard's sidebar. Find the order, and click the "Edit" link.

Please note that orders that are "In Progress" status cannot be edited - please contact us if you need help with these orders.

In the Edit Order page, scroll down to the Shipping Method and click the "Calculate Shipping" button. Then select the shipping method you'd like.

Scroll a bit down and confirm the change by clicking the "Update Order" button.
